We respect our home, the environment.

We have wi-fi in public areas. However, cell phone and computer signals are sometimes unstable. Excuse us, we are in paradise. We do not spray the environment with toxic insecticides or herbicides. This is a tropical land where different species of insects have cohabited for thousands of years. As intruders, we use and promote bio-degradable repellents. In order to reduce environmental impact and energy consumption, our rooms do not have air conditioning or electrical connectors. Instead, we have pleasant natural ventilation and ceiling fans. Ask our receptionists where you can charge batteries or electrical equipment. We do not have swimming pools, instead we have a lagoon full of health, minerals, peace and friendly waters, we call it Laguna de Bacalar. For your safety and comfort during the night , from 11pm to 6am, the lights remain off and the main doors closed.
